The Accessible Friends Network, (TAFN), is a national registered charity run entirely by volunteers, which helps visually impaired and blind people, with their computer skills and at the same time, enables them to socialise online via the internet.
As our title suggests, friendship is our priority.

We regularly provide technical support to blind and V I. computer users via voice chat, email and our local rate helpline. Our voice conferencing server now has stereo capability and is an exciting hub, with a range of online events, including our certificated online computer training which is assessed by a qualified tutor.
We have a number of self help groups, weekly events that consist of, online dramas, D J's, quiz night, crosswords. Monthly members bingo and a whole lot more.
