KR Talking News
A free audio news and features service for people who find it difficult to read local newspapers.
Available on CD and Cassette
Have you heard the news?
If a visual impairment or disability prevents you from reading your local newspaper, then you could be missing out on what’s happening in your local area.
The KR Talking News can help. Produced fortnightly on CD and cassette, this council-funded service provides news, views and features from the local newspapers* circulating within Kirklees. It is delivered to your door and is free of charge.
(* Our thanks go to the owners of the newspapers in Kirklees for allowing us to use their stories.)
