Noor for the Blind

 

A voluntary group for the blind and visually impaired people (B & VIP), supported by Henshaws Society for the Blind and Bolton CVS.

 

The group aims to teach B & VIP Islamic Studies in Braille, including recitation of the Quraan and Hadith books, so that our B & VI friends can lead their lives according to the Quraan and Sunnah.

 

Other facilities include an Islamic library for children, containing Islamic storybooks in Braille, audio cassettes, CD's and talking Islamic teaching computers.

 

Classes are held every weekend at Al Zahra Centre, 130 Gibbon Street, Bolton

 

Soon we are starting classes in Dewsbury
